CHALLENGE

Develop a high end weather station unit for a leader in the industry. Must compete with other high end units like Davis instruments that are $500 - $700. While improving on functionality ,organization, and modularity of components.

INSIGHT

The biggest issue with current pro units are the components that are used need frequent maintenance and replacement to function at their prime. Also no thought was put into designing something thats visible by passing consumers.

SOLUTION

A weather station that contains all the fragile components internally in a clean package, while allowing the user to access everything with a single latch. Asthetically appealing to a normal consumer but also showing elements of durability though surface treatment for your pro-summer.
