CHALLENGE

I was tasked to design a classic cruiser style eBike that captured the Radio Flyer traditional aesthetic. Criteria was a 2 models a step through and a mid-step, leisure geometry, padded saddle and a integrated rack for passengers.

INSIGHT

researching competitive products like the Townie Go helped us understand users needs for simple features like an on demand throttle and relaxed geometry. The demographic also stood as an older generation, so easy on and off was a must.
